Application Instructions

  1. Application Information: Send in your application information at any point in time between August 16 and 11:59 a.m. on September 30, 2010 using the form below. You must complete this form before verifying your school enrollment or submitting your essay. After submitting your application information, you will be assigned an ID Code.

  2. Verification of School Enrollment: Provide your ID Code to a teacher, guidance counselor, or other official at your high school and ask her/him to verify your enrollment. The verification of school enrollment must be completed after you have sent in your application information and no later than 11:59 a.m. on September 30, 2010.

  3. Essay Submission: Submit your essay to Junior Achievement. The essay must be submitted after you have sent in your application information and no later than 11:59 a.m. on September 30, 2010.
