DION P. RUDNICKI

Dion Rudnicki has over 20 years of sales experience in working with various client organizations on how information technology solutions can satisfy their challenging operational and strategic needs. In his current position, Mr. Rudnicki is responsible for leading the overall sales efforts to deliver technology driven services and solutions to the US Federal Government, allowing them to improve their IT efficiencies and capabilities.

Mr. Rudnicki joined IBM in 1983 in Endicott, New York, as a manufacturing quality engineer. In 1986, he joined IBM’s Federal sales and marketing organization as a client representative for the Department of Transportation account. After holding a variety of direct sales and business development positions, he became an IBM sales manager in 1992 responsible for IBM’s sales of hardware maintenance and technology services to the Federal Government. Mr. Rudnicki has held a variety of sales management and executive positions within IBM’s Federal organization with responsibilities for client, contract management, and solution areas. During that tenure, Mr. Rudnicki was Vice President for Federal Civilian agencies where he led a team responsible for IBM’s overall business relationship with six Cabinet-level organizations and a variety of independent federal agencies. In early 2006, Mr. Rudnicki left Federal sales and was responsible for the overall business performance of IBM’s mainframe product line for all clients in the Eastern region of the United States, and in 2007, led the sales efforts for IBM's high performance computing solutions across the Americas. Prior to assuming his most current position, Mr. Rudnicki led the reorganizational effort of a 3,000+ hardware sales team to drive improved business results while providing increased client value.

Mr. Rudnicki earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame in 1983. He is currently on the board of directors for the Washington DC Junior Achievement organization and volunteers extensively in youth baseball activities. He and his wife Michelle have two teenage sons, Dillon and Peter.
